Marion Bywater, the Sole Director of Bycon Associates, is a former journalist and editor, who in the past decade alone has worked on a score of policy evaluations for the European institutions and been part of the operational teams for the event communication and logistics of the same number of major international exhibitions and conferences.

She is fluent in French and German, and speaks excellent Italian and Spanish, as well as having a smattering of several other EU languages.
